Hanna Love

Hanna Love is a seasoned professional in the field of sociology and research, currently serving as a Senior Research Associate at The Brookings Institution since June 2019, with prior roles including Research Associate and Senior Research Analyst within the Metropolitan Policy Program. Hanna's experience includes a Graduate Research Intern position at the City of New York's Mayor's Office of Data Analytics, focusing on data analytics teams, and editorial contributions to the "Dispatches from the Field" book at Columbia University. As a Beyond the Bars Fellow, Hanna fostered partnerships between the university and community to address mass incarceration. Previous roles also encompass a Research Analyst at The Urban Institute, various research and administrative positions in nonprofit environments, and hands-on counseling in crisis intervention.
