Sankar Rajan

Sankar Rajan is an experienced finance systems director and IT consultant with a robust background in managing and implementing technology solutions across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Finance Systems at The Brookings Institution since January 2022, Sankar leads the overhaul of financial systems covering procurement, accounting, grant management, and budgeting. Prior to this role, Sankar was an IT Consultant at the International Monetary Fund, architecting over 70 integrations for a major HR modernization project. Sankar also delivered IT consultancy services at Tata Consultancy Services and contributed to significant projects as a software engineer.
