John J. Doyle Jr.

Mr. Doyle served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Randolph Savings Bank, from 2009 until 2013. From 2007 to 2009, Mr. Doyle served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Commonwealth Cooperative Bank. From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Doyle served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of North Abington Cooperative Bank. Earlier in his career, from 1969 until 1991, Mr. Doyle was a partner at KPMG LLP. As a member of the Board, Mr. Doyle serves on the Company’s Audit, Compensation, and Nominating and Governance Committees. Mr. Doyle’s experience as a partner at KPMG LLP, a long-time bank consultant, and as the chief executive officer of several banks provides him with a unique perspective on the Company’s challenges and opportunities.
