Mohd Redzwan Mahat

Mohd Redzwan Mahat is a skilled manufacturing engineer currently working at Brooks Automation since September 2024. Previously, Mohd Redzwan served as a manufacturing production process engineer at ASMPT Ltd from March 2018 to September 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing customized and high-volume low-mix production, ensuring compliance with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) requirements, and acting as a technical liaison to address technical and quality issues. Earlier professional experience includes a role as production executive at Core Pax (M) Sdn. Bhd. from August 2016 to February 2018, managing mass production in the food industry and overseeing machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Mohd Redzwan’s internship was completed at FELDA IFFCO OIL PRODUCTS SDN. BHD. in mid-2014. Mohd Redzwan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Power Industry from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (2012-2016), complemented by a matriculation in the Science stream from Kolej Matrikulasi Johor (2011-2012), and secondary education at Sekolah Menegah Kebangsaan Pasir Gudang 2 (2006-2010).
