Indrit Shenaj is an experienced hospitality and operations manager, currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager at Brother Marcus since September 2022, overseeing multiple 300+ capacity restaurants in London and fostering a low staff turnover culture across four sites with over 150 team members. Prior experience includes transforming the financial performance of The Bosporus UK as Senior General Manager, leading the company from £100k monthly losses to £10k+ EBITDA profit within nine months. Indrit co-founded and directed Coffee Matters, a specialty coffee shop in Shoreditch, and held various managerial roles in the restaurant industry, including General Manager positions at Kekik Restaurant and Artisan Espresso Bars. Indrit's early career included a role as a Mixologist and a Mechanical Engineer at Carrier HVAC, complemented by a B.A.I. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technological Institute of Piraeus.
