Terina Keller, MPA, MAGPP, currently serves as the Lead Researcher at Brown University, contributing as a Co-Investigator on the Community-Based Digital Health Tech Research Project in the Black Health Heritage Data lab. With extensive experience at Bay Cove Human Services since 2017, Terina occupies roles including Director of Innovation and Implementation, managing COVID-19 prevention studies and overseeing research communication for vulnerable populations. Terina has published multiple articles, managed significant funding for mental health programs, and developed professional courses for English language learners. Prior roles include work as a Rehabilitation Specialist addressing the opioid epidemic and teaching English in an Indigenous community. Terina's educational background includes dual Master's degrees from Suffolk University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Northeastern University.
