Administrative Assistant – Salt Lake City (in-office)
Summary of Position:
Reporting to the Project Managers, the Administrative Assistant will assist with maintaining the office environment, and assist managers with various tasks while maintaining excellent relationships with staff, vendors, and clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and greeting visitors
• Office supply ordering and inventory maintenance
• Coordinate services for building maintenance
• Assisting HR with document maintenance
• Create and maintain asset documents and files
• Provide support to Accounts Payable division
• Assist the Managers with miscellaneous assigned tasks
• Take pride in the tidiness of front lobby and communal areas
• Coordinate lunch orders for meetings
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Build and maintain customer and supplier/vendor relationships
