Rachel Pickering

Rachel Pickering is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in employee relations and employment legislation. Currently serving as the HR Manager at Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd since December 2020, Rachel previously held the position of Senior HR Consultant at Kane HR, where outsourced HR support was provided to various sectors including hospitality and education. At Places for People Leisure, Rachel's roles evolved from Group HR Advisor to Assistant Head of HR and interim Head of HR, accumulating significant expertise over six years. Rachel began their HR career at the NHS, progressing from HR Assistant to Senior HR Advisor. Educational qualifications include CIPD certifications obtained in 2011 and 2017, alongside a BSc in Psychology from the University of Southampton.
