Sunny Cooper

Sunny Cooper serves as the Global Lead of People Operations at Brunswick Group since October 2024. Prior roles include Head of Core HR at G-Research, where responsibilities encompassed HR operations, payroll, global mobility, and HRIS functions utilizing Workday and Jira. At Gallagher, Sunny led an HR service delivery team, notably achieving an 80% reduction in settlement agreements and onboarding over 1,000 employees during a rapid acquisition phase. Previous experience at Essex County Council featured leading significant HR transformations and supporting extensive change programmes. Sunny holds a BSc in Psychology and English Literature from Keele University, a Master of Human Resources, and several diplomas in Human Resources and Management from Anglia Ruskin University, along with a Diploma in Management Studies from Kingston University.
