Adrien Stanley

Adrien Stanley is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Manager of Global Learning and Development at Brunswick Corporation since April 2022. Prior to this role, Adrien held the position of Manager of Learning Technology at SC Johnson, overseeing a team of instructional designers and managing the Workday learning system for over 13,000 users. Adrien's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at United Airlines, where various roles encompassed management of talent management technology and learning management systems for a combined user base of more than 135,000 individuals. Previous positions also include training and evaluation officer at Turtle Rattle Learning, adjunct faculty across multiple institutions, and program analyst for the Department of the Navy.
