Sybil Mulokwa

Sybil Mulokwa, M.S., currently serves as the VP of Customer Experience Office at Baylor Scott & White Health since June 2023 and is the Board Chair for Christian Youth Theater Dallas-Fort Worth since September 2022. Prior experience includes leading design at Blucora from September 2020 to April 2023, serving as Vice President of User Experience at Chase from July 2019 to October 2020, and holding various roles at Alkami Technology from July 2017 to July 2019, including Product Strategy Leader and Manager of UX Strategy & Design. Sybil's career also encompasses experience as a Senior Experience Designer at Intuit, Interaction Designer at Huge, and UX Designer at RTC, along with QA management roles at JWT and ACS. Academically, Sybil holds a Master’s degree in Creative Technology from VCU Brandcenter and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
