Jennifer Ashton is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as HR Director at BT Group, Jennifer has previously held titles such as VP of People Operations at Hydrow, Inc. and EditShare, as well as Global HR Director and Senior Global HR Business Partner. Additionally, Jennifer contributed to the BBC as a Divisional HR Business Partner for the News Operations Group and World Service Group, and as an Employee Relations Specialist.
