Jono Nicholas

Jono Nicholas is an experienced professional in offensive security and software engineering, currently serving as the Lead Engineer for BT Group's Offensive Security Platform since September 2019. Jono is responsible for automating the penetration testing journey and overseeing the software engineering aspects of the platform alongside DevOps pipeline elements. In a previous role as Security Architect at BT Group, Jono led the design of standard products, including a Web Application Firewall and a Nozomi Networks solution. Prior experience includes positions as a Data Security Analyst at CyberOrchard, CASS Contractor at ADM Investor Services International Limited, and Audit Associate at KPMG UK, where Jono focused on auditing Deutsche Bank's investment banking operations. Jono began professional training with an Audit Internship at Deloitte UK and holds a Master of Mathematics and Physics degree from the University of Warwick.
