Kaneez Fatima

Kaneez Fatima has extensive experience in operational leadership and business analysis, currently serving as an Operational Team Lead at BT since January 2015. In this role, Kaneez has developed expertise in the Order to Cash and L2C cycle, change management, and the end-to-end billing journey for contracts, utilizing various SQL and legacy tools such as CSS, Oracle, Antillia, Analyst Converge, and Salesforce. Previously, at BT Captive from January 2015 to January 2023, Kaneez worked as a Business Analyst focusing on cost and revenue reconciliation. Education was pursued at St. Peters and Burdwan University from 1995 to 2014.
