Nancy Figgins is an experienced marketing and strategy professional with a diverse background across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Cross-Sell Marketing at BT since September 2019, Nancy oversees initiatives aimed at enhancing product offerings for a mobile base of 12 million customers. Prior to this role, Nancy spent over 13 years at AOL Europe in various strategic positions, including Director of Membership and Subscriptions and Head of Product Marketing, where responsibilities included P&L management and product growth across 15 European markets. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Manager for Strategy & Economics at Ofcom, directing strategic analyses for regulatory policy in the broadcasting industry. Nancy holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BA in Economics from Boston University.
