Jorge Lucas

Jorge Lucas is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Analyst at BTG Pactual since November 2024 and as Vice-President and Founder of Innovation Hub since May 2024. Previously, Jorge held positions as a Systems Programmer and Trainee at Banese, and as a Software Engineering Intern at PlugThink HUB!, where leadership in daily Scrum meetings and software testing contributed to strong communication skills and project management experience. In earlier roles, Jorge worked as a Systems Developer at CGM - Controladoria Geral Município de Aracaju, designing new web pages and maintaining the transparency portal, and as Project Manager at SofTeam | Empresa Júnior de Computação, gaining expertise in leadership, risk evaluation, and programming languages. Jorge is pursuing a degree in Computer Science at Universidade Federal de Sergipe, expected to graduate in 2024.
