Mark Malletz

Mark Clifford Maletz is a Member of the Board of Directors of BTG Pactual. He is also a senior member of Harvard Business School, and is internationally recognized in the strategy, leadership development and organizational change areas. Before becoming a partner of Harvard Business School, he was a partner of McKinsey and Company, and worked in the Company’s organizational practice area.

He was a professor at Babson College, in Massachusetts. He is one of the founders of the Corporate Performance Research Center, the Chairman Emeritus of Eastwest Institute and member of the Board of Directors of Global Capacity.

Mark Maletz is a graduate in Engineering from Dartmouth College and earned a Master’s Degree in Cognitive Sciences, a Master’s Degree and IT and Information and Control Engineering, and a Ph.D. in IT and Communication Sciences from the Industrial Institute of Technology of Michigan University.
