Heather Brand

Heather Brand is a Trainee Solicitor at BTO Solicitors LLP since September 2024, following a role as Social Media Manager at Foreign Links Around the Globe. With extensive experience in management and operations, Heather served as Commercial Duty Manager and Festival Duty Manager at Edinburgh University Students’ Association, overseeing venue operations during events. Additional roles include Tax Aid Volunteer at the Scottish Tax Clinic, where pro-bono tax support was provided, and Street Law Trainer and Regional Coordinator for The Law Society of Scotland, delivering legal education to secondary schools. Heather holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Edinburgh and is currently completing a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice.
