Karolin Kreutzer is currently a Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin at Bucerius Law School, specializing in the Institut für Unternehmens- und Kapitalmarktrecht since October 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer focused on restructuring and insolvency, and at Norton Rose Fulbright in corporate M&A. Karolin also served as a student assistant at Bucerius Law School and worked in various internships, including criminal defense with Rechtsanwalt Alexander Kirmeß, and roles at Unilever and Taylor Wessing in fields such as economic and civil law, as well as technology and media. Karolin holds a law degree from Bucerius Law School and has international educational experience from the University of Colorado Boulder.
