Lyndey Flora

Lyndey Flora is a seasoned professional in talent development and human resources, currently serving as the Lead Talent Development Partner at Buckeye Partners since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles at bp from July 2019 to May 2023 as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Talent Management Specialist, and Talent & Learning Generalist. At Burnett Specialists / Choice Specialists, Lyndey worked from June 2014 to February 2019, progressing from a Sourcer for Accounting, Finance, and Supply Chain professionals to Training Manager, where responsibilities included developing and facilitating new hire training and overseeing continuing education. Additional experience includes serving as Operations Manager at the Children's Museum of the Brazos Valley prior to pursuing a Master’s in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the same institution.
