Becky Janicek

Becky Janicek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in vendor compliance and administrative support. Since October 2004, Becky has served as the Vendor Compliance Manager at The Buckle, where responsibilities include designing and implementing a vendor compliance program, developing a vendor scorecard, and creating a Routing Guide for vendor access to compliance documents. Prior to this role, Becky held positions as an Administrative Assistant at both The Buckle and Kinder Morgan, Inc., where tasks encompassed managing merchandise purchase orders and providing support to executive management. Becky began the career in Human Resources at Interstate Structures, Inc., focusing on employee recruitment and management of personnel documentation. Becky holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Aims Community College and attended the University of Wyoming.
