Candace Gray

Candace Gray is a seasoned professional in organizational development and program management, currently serving as Senior Director at Buckner Children and Family Services since June 2017, and also holding the position since 2010, focusing on strategic program assessment, evidence-based practices, and organizational expansion. Prior to this, Candace owned Gray Consulting Group from 2003 to 2010, where strategies were developed to enhance the effectiveness of non-profits and faith-based organizations. Candace's career launched at the Foundation for Community Empowerment from 1995 to 2003, where significant contributions were made as the first employee, establishing community relationships and strategic direction. Earlier roles included Financial Analyst at Pepsico Food Systems and Auditor at Coopers and Lybrand. Candace holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas and a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary.
