Korina L. Santiago has extensive experience in customer service and operational management, particularly within the export business sector at Buehler An ITW Company, where roles have included Americas Service Manager, Service Supervisor, and Service Coordinator, among others. Korina successfully coordinated tasks related to export operations, enhanced training materials for new hires, and achieved significant sales results in collaboration with outside sales representatives. Previous positions include Data Entry Clerk at Ajilon and Customer Service Representative at Caremark Specialty Pharmacy, with early experience as a Service Administrator at Leica Microsystems.
