Chris Nicol is an experienced electrical engineer with a background in developing collaborative solutions for educational technology at SMART Technologies since July 2010. Responsibilities include the development of hardware and firmware for Digital Vision Touch (DViT) interactive whiteboards and other educational devices. Prior experience includes electronics contracting for the Science Alberta Foundation, teaching assistance at the University of Calgary, and electronics engineering at Grindcom, where circuit design and software development were key focuses. Chris holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
