Operations and Management

The Operations and Management team at Buffalo Prep oversees the day-to-day functioning and strategic planning necessary to support the organization’s mission of closing access and opportunity gaps. The team ensures seamless program execution, manages admissions and recruitment, builds community relations, coordinates outreach efforts, and implements operational policies to enhance the educational experiences of over 650 students and alumni annually.
