Simone di Lenardo

Simone Di Lenardo is an experienced professional currently serving as Head of Quality for Milling Solutions at Bühler Group since June 2022. Prior to this role, Di Lenardo held various positions at Electrolux Professional from February 2009 to May 2022, including Head of Quality and Environment for Switzerland, where responsibilities included establishing a quality culture and ensuring quality assurance throughout the value chain. Additional roles at Electrolux included Global I/O Strategic Initiatives Specialist & Group Purchasing Controller in Italy, focusing on M&A processes, and Supply Chain Manager for the APAC region, emphasizing cost reduction and supplier quality. Di Lenardo also served as an EPS Trainer Central in Europe, implementing Lean and Kaizen principles across multiple factories. Di Lenardo holds a Master’s degree and Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management Engineering from Università degli Studi di Udine, along with experience as an Erasmus student at Delft University of Technology.
