Amanda Masdea

Amanda Masdea is an accomplished visual merchandising professional with extensive experience in enhancing store experiences across multiple retail brands. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Store Experience at Build-A-Bear Workshop since October 2022, Amanda previously held key positions at rue21, including Director of Visual Merchandising & Store Design, where a new store prototype was redesigned to improve brand representation. Earlier, at American Eagle Outfitters, Amanda advanced through various roles, culminating as Director of Visual Merchandising & Field Training, significantly influencing sales through effective visual presentation and inventory management.
