Mai-Tal Kennedy

Mai-Tal Kennedy currently serves as the Director of Transformation & Employee Ownership at Building Industry Partners, a role held since April 2021, contributing to the company's mission of fostering exceptional businesses and enhancing the building industry through people-focused investment strategies. Prior to this position, Mai-Tal held various roles at Vantage Partners from April 2018 to March 2021, including Principal and Engagement Leader. Additionally, experience at KPMG New Zealand spanned from November 2014 to March 2018, where roles included Senior Manager and Manager. Earlier, Mai-Tal served as a Senior Adviser to the Director in the Commercial Division of the Department of Corrections- NZ from January 2012 to October 2014. Mai-Tal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Mount Holyoke College and a Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University of Wellington.
