Tim Beemer

Tim Beemer, P.E., is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Senior Superintendent at The BR Companies since September 2024. Prior to this role, Tim held superintendent positions at S+B James Construction, DPR Construction, The PENTA Building Group, and Oltmans Construction Co., demonstrating extensive leadership and project management skills across various projects. Tim began the career as an Assistant Superintendent at Layton Construction and progressed to Senior Project Engineer at Guy Yocom Construction, having also worked as Project Engineer at Clark Pacific and Assistant Project Manager at ISAT Seismic Bracing. Tim earned a degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo between 2002 and 2008.
