Dan Hesch

Dan Hesch is an experienced Project Manager and Estimator with a career spanning from 1996 to the present. Currently serving at 365 Industrial Solutions since March 2021, Dan has held various key positions at notable companies including Sutherland-Schultz Ltd., MWS Construction Solutions Ltd., and G Force Custom Fabrication and Installation Inc. Dan's expertise encompasses millwrighting, project management, maintenance, and fabrication, with a strong focus on teamwork and contract management throughout various industrial projects. In addition to professional roles, Dan contributes to the education sector as a Volunteer PAC Chairman and Advisory Board Member for the Millwrights apprenticeship program at Conestoga College. Dan holds a Millwright License and a Certificate in Project Management from Conestoga College.
