Christian Schroeder has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2016, they worked as the Director of Business Development at Rocket Internet SE, where they were responsible for scouting new incubation ideas and launching new businesses. From 2018 to 2019, they served as an Advisor and External Consultant at KKR & Co. Inc.

In 2018, Schroeder founded their personal investment firm called 10x Value Partners. The firm focuses on early-stage investments, typically in post-revenue companies, and also creates 1-2 new companies each year.

Schroeder also holds co-founder and shareholder positions in multiple companies, including HYGH AG, bullfinch, Collective Ace Group, and Viraprevent GmbH, starting from 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021, respectively. In 2022, they co-founded United Star Group.

In 2023, Schroeder became the Founder and CEO of Utopia Capital Management, where they invest in transformative companies with deep-tech and moonshot ideas. Additionally, they became a founding investor and an active participant in management at ARCbuild, an emerging leader in the manufacturing industry that addresses the affordable housing crisis with sustainable prefab steel modular homes.

Christian Schroeder has a background in business administration and management. Christian attended WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they studied at the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. Christian also participated in a Management Abroad Course at Tongji University. In terms of certifications, they achieved a score of 680 in the Bloomberg Aptitude Test, ranking 1st in the European "Hall of Fame" among thousands of students. Christian has also passed the CFA Level I exam.
