Emma Brennan

Emma Brennan currently serves as the Senior Director of International HR at Bullhorn, a position held since September 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing the International HR function and collaborating with leadership across North America, EMEA, and APAC to drive business strategy and manage global M&A projects. Prior to Bullhorn, Emma held several roles at Norton Rose Fulbright, including Director and Manager of International HR. Emma's experience also encompasses roles at Spencer Ogden, where Emma advanced from HR Administrator to HR Manager, and at Huntress, serving as Account Manager and various HR functions. Early in Emma's career, positions included L&D Coordinator/Systems Trainer and Office Administrator.
