Kathryn Shaughnessy

Kathryn Shaughnessy is a Senior Strategic Consultant at Bullhorn since May 2022, previously serving as a Strategic Consultant. Kathryn’s expertise includes automating ATS for staffing and recruiting firms, focusing on enhancing the recruitment process through technology with Herefish by Bullhorn, where Kathryn worked as an Implementation Consultant from March 2021 to May 2022. Prior experience at Resource 1 from September 2017 to December 2020 included roles as a Marketing & Tech Implementation Specialist and Marketing Associate, where Kathryn established procedures and launched marketing campaigns.
