Bianca Bleicher

Bianca Bleicher currently serves as Referatsleiterin für Polizeiliche Anwendungen at Bundesministerium für Inneres (BMI) since October 2023. Prior to this, Bianca held the position of Managerin Public Sector at ReqPOOL from October 2019 to April 2023, focusing on guiding clients in the public and private sectors toward innovative software solutions. Experience also includes roles at BearingPoint as IT-Projektmanagerin and Senior IT Consultant, along with positions as Business Analyst. Additional experience includes volunteering with WWOOF Japan, interning at KISSA Tea, and academic roles at the University of Vienna. Bianca Bleicher holds a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik and a Master of Arts in Japanologie from the University of Vienna, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Japanologie. Education was further complemented by an academic stint at Yokohama City University.
