Julia Ehgartner is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Policy Officer at the Bundesministerium für Inneres (BMI) since October 2022. Previously, Julia held roles as a Graduate Trainee focusing on migration, asylum, and visa policies at the Bundesministerium für europäische und internationale Angelegenheiten (MFA Austria), and gained experience as a Professional Trainee with the Austrian Development Agency. Julia's diverse background also includes intern positions with UNODC, as well as research roles at the Institute for Cultural Policy and 89 Initiative. Julia's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Global Europe: Culture and Conflict from The London School of Economics and Political Science, along with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Social and Cultural Anthropology and Transcultural Communication from the University of Vienna, complemented by a study abroad experience at Université de Montréal.
