Frederick Deese

Frederick Deese serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Visual Connections, LLC, an award-winning information technology consulting firm established in October 2007, recognized for its innovative services to federal, state, and commercial clients. In addition to this role, Frederick contributes as an Advisory Board Member for Bunker Labs, a nonprofit focused on supporting veteran and milspouse entrepreneurs. Previous experience includes positions as a UX Visual Engineer for Sparta Technology Solutions, a Solutions Architect for ViPS, and a BEA Weblogic Portal Administrator for the National Security Agency. Frederick's military background includes serving as a Cryptologic Technician and a Torpedoman in the US Navy, with responsibilities ranging from analyzing encrypted communications to performing maintenance on weapon systems. Frederick holds a High School Diploma from Escambia County High School, graduated in 1997.
