Dr Caroline Wood

Dr. Caroline Wood serves as the Head of Customer Intelligence and Head of Behavioural Insights and Research at Bupa since March 2020, leading the integration of evidence-based innovation in healthcare services and designing health interventions focused on prevention and behaviour change. Prior to this role, Dr. Wood was a Behavioural Science Consultant at OliTool Ltd., developing interventions for children's self-regulation in classroom settings. With a significant tenure at UCL from April 2012 to March 2020, responsibilities included being a Senior Researcher in Digital Health and Behaviour Change, coordinating the IRDR Centre for Digital Public Health, and contributing to various research and consultancy initiatives. Dr. Wood's academic background includes a PhD in Psychology from the University of Kent and teaching positions at King's College London and Canterbury Christ Church University.
