Jess Phillips

Jess Phillips is an experienced professional in conduct, compliance, and risk management, currently serving as the Head of Conduct and Compliance Operations at Bupa since January 2019. Prior to this role, Jess held the position of Head of Conduct Risk on an interim basis at LV= in 2018. From 2012 to 2018, Jess worked at Prudential UK, taking on various leadership roles including Head of Governance and Head of Enterprise Risk Management, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing risk management frameworks and compliance processes for Solvency II. Earlier experience includes serving as the Head of Business Liaison/Risk Business Partner at Prudential Assurance and coordinating Risk & Compliance activities as Risk Operating Manager. Jess holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Policy and Sociology from Middlesex University.
