Michael Musset is a skilled R&D engineer with extensive experience in embedded systems and geolocation technologies. From April 2013 to June 2023, Michael held the position of R&D Engineer in Security within Embedded Systems at ALCEA, focusing on modifying development boards, kernel recomposition, and U-Boot adjustments to integrate new peripherals. Prior to this, from February 2010 to December 2012, Michael served as an R&D Engineer and Project Manager of geolocation at NEXESS SA, while also engaging in various projects involving C++ application development for rugged devices and localization algorithms. Michael's early career included internships and project leadership in geolocation, particularly a notable Wi-Fi localization project at an engineering school and the development of an Android-based MSN application. Michael holds an engineering degree in Embedded Systems from ECE, along with educational experiences at UC Irvine and Concordia University.
