Amy Fesnock is an accomplished wildlife management professional with extensive experience in various governmental and academic roles. Currently, Amy serves as the Preserve Manager at the Bureau of Land Management since September 2008, overseeing the Cosumnes River Preserve and previously holding roles as Resource Advisor for the California Desert District and Threatened and Endangered Species Specialist. Prior experience includes serving as part-time faculty at California State University, Sacramento, teaching courses on wildlife management and ecology, and working in various biologist positions with the US Fish and Wildlife Service and National Park Service. Amy holds a Master of Science in Natural Resources with an emphasis on Wildlife from Humboldt State University and a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology from the University of California, Davis.
