Aimee Durrance

Aimee Durrance, M.P.S., M.Ed., is an accomplished organizational development specialist currently working at the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement since April 2024. Aimee has a diverse background in nonprofit consulting, having served as a senior consultant for Volunteer Program Assessment from 2022 to May 2024, focusing on empowering organizations with data-driven insights. Aimee has also contributed as a training facilitator at George Mason University, developing training on neurodiversity discrimination, and as a researcher applying advanced statistical tools to analyze data narratives. Previous roles include liaison for the Community Support Association of Frankfurt, CEO of Aimee Durrance Photography, teacher at Alachua County Public Schools, and staffer for Appalachia Service Project. Aimee holds a Master of Professional Studies in Applied Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and has degrees in Elementary Education and Social Work from the University of Florida and Florida State University, respectively.
