Greg Bailey

Greg Bailey is a seasoned professional in engineering and environmental consulting, currently serving as Vice President of the Engineering & Environmental Division at Bureau Veritas Group since May 2009. Mr. Bailey has extensive experience managing field activities and technical operations, specializing in Property Condition Assessments, Environmental Site Assessments, and various construction services across multiple sectors, including government, education, and hospitality. Prior roles include Senior Program Manager for large-scale projects involving federal agencies, President and Founder of BWH Consulting Group, and Technical Director at Environmental Management Group. Mr. Bailey has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Instructor at Morgan State University and Anne Arundel Community College, teaching courses on cost estimating and construction management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Engineering Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Project Management.
