Lukas Menkouo

Lukas Menkouo has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Assistant Banquetting Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager at Bürgenstock Hotels & Resort Lake Lucerne since November 2018. Prior roles include Chef de rang at Hilton Zurich Airport and Dorint GmbH, along with experience as Demi Chef de rang at PPHE Hotel Group and Restaurant Essigbrätlein, a two Michelin-starred establishment. Earlier in their career, Lukas held the position of Commis de rang at Hilton Nuremberg and completed an apprenticeship as Restaurantfachmann at Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Lukas completed formal education in restaurant management at Berufliches Schulzentrum für Gastgewerbe Dresden.
