Zoë is head of the firm's residential real estate team specialising in the sale, purchase, mortgaging and management of high net worth residential properties and advice on enfranchisement and lease extension claims. Zoë has a strong track record in acting in complex residential property transactions for private individuals, off-shore companies, trust structures, banks and other financial institutions and has particular expertise in the prime London market.

She is ranked as a National Leader (outside London) and as the sole lawyer in Band 1 of the Chambers & Partners 2022 UK Guide for High Value Real Estate and leads the firm’s residential property team which have been ranked as National Leaders (outside London) by Chambers & Partners 2022 in this field.
