Coordination Team

The Coordination Team at Burke is responsible for streamlining and managing the delivery of behavioral healthcare services across the twelve-county region. This includes overseeing patient intake, coordinating care plans, and ensuring that services for mental illness, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), and chemical dependency are efficiently administered and aligned with patients' needs. The team acts as a liaison between patients, providers, and other stakeholders to optimize service quality and accessibility.
