Simon Bar-El is an experienced education leader with a diverse background in human resources, program management, and instructional design. Since May 2014, Simon has served as the Head of Education at Burlington English, overseeing a team of over 150 staff and managing all aspects of departmental operations, including hiring, professional development, and employee relations. Previous roles include Recruitment and Training Ops Manager, where Simon led the HR employee life cycle, and Learning Center Manager, where Simon established and promoted the Center's operations. Prior to Burlington English, Simon worked at Jerusalem Post as Program Manager and English Language Teacher, creating instructional materials and developing study resources for adult learners. Simon began a teaching career in K-12 English language instruction in various after-school programs. Simon holds an MBA in HR and Organizational Development from The College of Management Academic Studies and a BA in English Literature and Philosophy from Bar-Ilan University.
