Justin Worthley

Justin Worthley has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Board Member at The Chill Foundation since 2018. In a long-standing role at Burton Snowboards since November 2011, Justin has held various leadership positions including Senior Vice President of Global People & Culture, focusing on employee engagement and company culture. Previous roles include General Manager at Rhino Foods, Inc. during a significant restructuring, Director of HR at Bosch Thermotechniek, and HR Business Partner at Unilever. Justin's earlier career includes diverse roles at Ben & Jerry's Homemade Inc. Justin holds a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior from Saint Michael's College and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont, along with Professional in Human Resources certification from SHRM.
