Cynthia Mbabazi

Cynthia Mbabazi currently serves as a Senior Analyst at Busara since April 2023. Prior to this role, Cynthia worked as a Research & Policy Analyst at the Center of Faith Family and Justice from August 2021 to April 2023, and as a Research Consultant at KDI School of Public Policy and Management from January 2021 to August 2021. Earlier experience includes positions as an Analyst in Quantitative Research, Planning and Reporting Analyst, and Graduate Trainee at MTN Uganda from June 2016 to August 2019, as well as an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Uganda in June 2014. Cynthia holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from KDI School of Public Policy and Management (2019-2020), an MBA in Finance from Makerere University (2017-2021), a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Makerere University (2012-2016), and completed a short program in Research and Development Management at the University of Cape Town in November 2022.
