Fabienne has a strong background in supply chain management, having held leadership roles at various companies including FEMPO, GreenBig, and JOONE, where responsibilities encompassed supply chain organization, production oversight, supplier sourcing, and implementing performance metrics such as KPIs and OKRs. Educational qualifications include a Lean Six Sigma degree from ILSSI and a Bachelor’s in Marketing and Commercial Development from IDRAC Paris, complemented by extensive experience in optimizing production flows and managing multi-site operations across different industries.
