Jukka Holappa

Jukka Holappa is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical and business development sectors, currently serving as the Director for West Europe at Business Finland since January 2018, while also overseeing operations in the Middle East and Africa. Holappa has held various notable positions, including Commercial Counsellor and Country Director for India, where responsibilities included export promotion and innovation collaboration. Holappa's board and advisory roles span multiple companies, including Fincham India and HighRoller Suomi Oy, and have involved mentoring start-ups and guiding pharmaceutical businesses in international markets. A founder of Kasve Ltd, Holappa established a successful life science service business and has a strong background in managing business development and licensing at Fennopharma and other organizations, complemented by a Ph.D. in Pharmacy from the University of Eastern Finland.
